Automatic Nut Stone Separator

The Nut Destoner Machine is a specialized equipment designed to separate stones, clods, and other heavy impurities from nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, peanuts) during processing. It utilizes the difference in specific gravity between nuts and stones: under the action of vibration and air flow, nuts (lighter) are lifted and conveyed forward, while stones and heavy impurities (denser) fall through the separation gap or are discharged from the side.
