This Potato Processing Line is a comprehensive production system designed to handle bulk or ton-bag harvested potatoes, integrating multiple stages—from cleaning to packaging—to streamline pre-storage or direct sales preparation. The modular line includes key equipment: Potato Cleaner, Dry Washer, Sorting Platform, Elevator, Grader, Conveyor Belt, and Bagging Machine. Each stage can be adjusted in position or used independently, adapting to diverse needs (e.g., processing fresh harvests or stored potatoes).​ Equipped with food-grade stainless steel components, the line ensures hygiene and durability. It starts with a buffer hopper to maintain continuous feeding, followed by soil removal via cleaning rollers. The dry washer uses double-layer brushes to remove surface dirt without damaging skins, while the sorting platform allows 360° potato rotation for manual inspection of defective tubers. The elevator ensures even distribution to the grader, where gradual spiral-driven stainless steel tubes separate potatoes by size. Finally, the bagging machine enables continuous packaging into different bags, with independent control of each packaging outlet.
