1. What is the difference between a colloid mill peanut butter machine and an ordinary peanut butter machine?

The core advantages lie in grinding precision and efficiency: The colloid mill forms a tiny gap (5-20μm) through the high-speed rotating stator and rotor, generating strong shearing and grinding effects. It can grind peanuts into ultra-fine particles of 2-50μm, with a passing rate of ≥99% through 80-120 mesh sieve. The sauce is fine and free of particles with uniform emulsification; Ordinary peanut butter machines mostly have blade or stone mill structures, with a fineness usually only 100-200μm, which is prone to stratification. In addition, the colloid mill integrates homogenization and mixing functions, and its efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that of traditional stone mills.

2.Can it grind other ingredients besides peanut butter?

Supports multi-category grinding, realizing one machine for multiple uses: It can process nut butters such as sesame, almond and walnut, and also grind semi-fluid ingredients such as chili sauce, tomato sauce and coconut sauce. It is recommended to clean the grinding chamber before using different ingredients to avoid flavor mixing; Hard ingredients need to be crushed into 2-4mm particles in advance to improve grinding efficiency.

3.How to adjust the fineness and consistency of peanut butter?

Fineness is adjusted by grinding gap: Rotate the dial clockwise to reduce the gap (minimum 5μm) to get ultra-fine sauce; rotate counterclockwise to increase the gap (maximum 20μm), which is suitable for the need of slightly granular texture. Consistency is controlled by the humidity of the feed: The dry-ground product is relatively thick. A small amount of cooking oil can be added during grinding (e.g., 50ml per 500g peanuts) to adjust the consistency. Adding water should be avoided to prevent stratification.
