Tubular structure design: Achieves indirect heat exchange between the material and the heat source through double-layer stainless steel tubes, avoiding direct contact and contamination.
Precise temperature control technology: The temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.5℃, supports UHT sterilization process at 137℃ for 4 seconds, with spore inactivation rate ≥ 99.999%.
2.Intelligent Heat Energy Recovery System
Independent heat recovery module: Utilizes the residual heat from sterilized materials to preheat cold materials, with a heat recovery rate exceeding 90%. The steam consumption per ton of milk is reduced to 90 kg.
Quantification of energy-saving benefits: Taking a dairy production enterprise with a daily output of 100 tons as an example, the annual savings in steam costs exceed 1 million yuan.
3.automatic control system
Full-process PLC control: Supports preset of multi-stage sterilization procedures (preheating → sterilization → cooling), and real-time recording of temperature curves and PU values.
Intelligent warning function: Abnormal temperature fluctuations automatically trigger the diversion system to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process.
Meanwhile, in terms of material and craftsmanship, we use 316L stainless steel pipes along with seamless welding technology (complying with international certifications such as FDA, 3A, ASME BPE, etc., and eliminating the release of metal ions) and CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization technology (achieving comprehensive cleaning of the inner walls of the pipes through acid-base circulation and high-temperature steam, reducing the risk of manual intervention).
